Items held in stock will be despatched on receipt of payment.
Items made to order will be despatched within 28 days of receipt of payment.

UK buyers can also pay by cheque, simply print out your shopping basket page when complete and send it along with your payment to the address shown here. (Clearance period required for cheques before shipping for new customers.) All cheques to be made payable to The Profiles Range.

Returns policy

We will refund in full any goods that are received damaged, providing you keep the item and all the packaging the item was sent in for us to review (a requirement for us to claim against insurance.) We will also refund any return costs incurred as the result of receiving an item damaged in transit.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us and will refund the full price less any postage cost incurred.
